Our story began in the late 1990s when Ed Rowe and Amer Deeba partnered at Adobe to design the core technologies that defined the digital era for Adobe Acrobat. In the years that followed, their paths led them to engineer industry-shaping advancements across cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software.
During his tenure at Qualys, Amer saw a systemic failure plaguing every major enterprise. Companies were drowning in siloed, fragmented security data—and burning millions on massive data lakes to generate static dashboards and insights that became obsolete the moment they landed.
To solve this issue at scale, Ed and Amer reunited with Alex Macdonald and Chris Brichford– founding engineers who spent years solving complex technical challenges at Adobe and Farmers Business Network.
The digital frontier has evolved, but our relentless focus has not. This team is back together because the next era of enterprise security will not happen by chance. It will be engineered by innovators with a lifetime record of turning bold ideas into working technology.
